Pricing for school events such as plays, recitals, and religious invocations include a flat fee of $150 for the institution for any event up to 2 hours in length. This price includes one camera coverage of the event and a posterity copy for the school on DVD.

In addition, the school allows us to offer copies of the program on DVD to friends and relatives at a reasonable cost. We only require that we be offered exclusive rights to record the program and offer copies of the program on DVD (this exclusivity does not apply to personal recording devices brought to the event by friends and relatives for their own personal use). If the school does not wish to grant exclusivity, an additional fee can be negotiated.

In general, we handle all of the ordering so there is no fulfillment or minimum order obligation on the part of the school. Alternatively, if the school desires to handle order fulfillment, we will accommodate that as well. For pricing on events beyond a 2 hour timeframe, or events at which more than one camera may be necessary/desired, please contact us for personal pricing.
